Me and my family that SAREI provided a very good taste of the safari experience. The car was comfortable, the guide was engaging and enthusiastic, and it was amazing to see some of the most powerful wild animals.And I will use Sarei Safari in the future.
First of all, the car was simply great! I can only recommend dealing with Samuel and SAREI car rentals. From our first Whatsapp until the return of the car all communication was clear and pleasant. The service was amazing, receiving and returning the car was so easy and smooth. The whole process just fest safe a secure. Was calming to know we were dealing with a reliable company and they proved this. IF you doubt any other rental agencies in Mombasa, I can only attest . . these guys exist and are the place to rent from

I rented a car here first for 2 weeks, and then for another 2 weeks. For almost a month of renting, I did not have any problems with the car.
One day I accidentally broke my side mirror, and they helped me replace it very quickly and efficiently. This happened on a Sunday morning, and within 15-25 minutes a company employee came to me, who took the car to the workshop, where they quickly replaced the glass in the mirror. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Replacing the glass cost 1500 ksh, which in my opinion is a very fair price.
When the rental period ended, they helped me get to the bus station, and there I returned the car.
Also, the owner of the rental and all the employees were very friendly to me.
